Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted.
During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order with care.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
hello@moseyscentco.com is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help locate it.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges to be reshipped.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, email hello@moseyscentco.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
