Refund policy

At Mosey Scent Co. each product is made in small batches with care and intention. We hope you love everything you bring home from our studio. 

Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do no accept returns on:

  • Burned candles
  • Opened or used body products
  • Sale or limited-release items
  • Gift cards

Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery 

To start a return, please email hello@moseyscentco.com. with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@moseyscentco.com. and include photos of the item and packaging. 

Scent Preferences 

Because fragrance is personal and subjective, we cannot guarantee scent preferences and do not offer refunds based solely on fragrance selection. 

If something doesn’t feel right with your order, reach out - we want our products to feel lived in, loved, and worth coming back to. 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after your return is received and inspected. 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
